P&I Online Portal
P&I Online Portal is a modern marine insurance platform for end users to manage their policy and apply for new quotes.
Problem
I was tasked with the UX overhaul of a dated insurance portal. The previous platform was not self-serviced and required consultants to input all individual actions. The challenge was to apply user centricity and facilitate self-serving capabilities with the marine insurance platform.
Solution
I’ve developed a comprehensive dashboard that provides tools and capabilities for end users to manage documents, apply for quotes, change their details, and provide a live service update of current policy documentation.
My Role
Full time Lead UX Designer, conducting qualitative research, and wireframe designs mock ups for the development team.
Scope
3 month project alongside full Agile development team.
