PPG is a portal for public sector buyers, suppliers and 3rd party contractors to manage all their procurement needs.

Problem

Purchasing within the public sector requires a lot of red-tape and repetitive steps for each procurement process.

Solution

Creating a new procurement platform that provides a single point of entry for accessing multiple services managed by CCS, in an effort to streamline the government’s commercial and procurement activity.

My Role

Full time User Centred Design Lead, working across 3 multi-disciplinary teams. Champion UCD strategy and provide support in Interaction Design and Service Design capability.
