An overhaul of e-Commerce website that clarifies the service offering and improving discoverability and search
Problem
The EICOM website was cluttered with excessive information, had complex navigation, and had an outdated design, making it difficult for users to find key details efficiently and reducing engagement.
Solution
The redesign streamlined content improved navigation with clear categories, and modernized the aesthetics using a clean layout, updated colour palette, and high-quality visuals to enhance user experience.
